EPA Waste Wise Program
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) innovative WasteWise program encourages organizations to reduce municipal solid waste through waste prevention, recycling, and buying or manufacturing recycled products. WasteWise partners have saved millions of dollars in purchasing costs and waste disposal fees by reducing, reusing, and recycling solid waste material and by demonstrating their leadership in finding cost-effective ways to reduce waste.  
The US Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Combined Heat & Power (CHP) Partnership works closely with energy users, the CHP industry, state and local governments, and other clean energy stakeholders to facilitate the development of new projects and to promote their environmental and economic benefits. 
The mission of Manufacturers for Energy Efficiency & Distributed Energy (MEEDE) is to promote manufacturing energy efficiency and cogeneration of heat and power and waste heat recovery as solutions. MEEDE is a federal and state resource for organizations and policy makers who support energy efficiency.
